Dartmoor is well served by road and public transport.

Ferries and Airports

There is a ferry port at Plymouth and airports at Exeter and Plymouth.

Public Transport - Trains and buses

By Road

Dartmoor is easily accessed from the major route network.  Exeter is the nearest city where the west bound M5 motorway ends then divides in to the A30 which skirts the nothern edge of the National Park and the A38 which lays to the south and provides a direct link to Plymouth City.
