The Rights of Way Improvement Plan
The Countryside and Rights of Way Act (2000) (external link opens in a new window) requires all highway authorities to compile and publish a plan for improving its rights of way network. Dartmoor National Park Authority has worked in partnership with Devon County Council to produce the Rights of Way Improvement Plan for Devon. Dartmoor National Park Authority will publish an annual plan each April setting out our action plan and targets for the year. You can download and view the 2006-07 ROWIP Action Plan.

How to Contribute Feedback or Suggest an Improvement
Dartmoor National Park Authority would like to hear your comments and suggestions for improvements to the rights of way network in the National Park.

- if you have a comment or feedback on the Dartmoor section of the Devon Rights of Way Improvement Plan;
- if you have a suggestion for an improvement to the rights of way network in the National Park.
