Improving Rights of Way

The Rights of Way Improvement Plan

The Countryside and Rights of Way Act (2000) (external link opens in a new window) requires all highway authorities to compile and publish a plan for improving its rights of way network. Dartmoor National Park Authority has worked in partnership with Devon County Council to produce the Rights of Way Improvement Plan for Devon. Dartmoor National Park Authority will publish an annual plan each April setting out our action plan and targets for the year. You can download and view the 2006-07 ROWIP Action Plan. PDF icon (PDF Help 85kb)
