Development Management and Delivery Development Plan Document
Please note: This document is called the Generic Development Control and Site Specific Policies Development Plan Document in the Dartmoor National Park Authority’s Local Development Scheme: First Review (March 2007).
This development plan document will set out a suite of subject related (e.g. housing, employment, tourism) policies to advise and manage spatial development within Dartmoor National Park in the period up to 2026. The document will also contain site specific policies to set the planning framework for particular areas and land uses. It will add the necessary level of detail needed to ensure that the Core Strategy Development Plan Document can be implemented effectively.
The National Park Authority has published a set of consultation papers to start the process of preparing the document. Those documents are entitled:
