Devon Structure Plan

Devon County Council, Plymouth City Council, Torbay Council and the Dartmoor National Park Authority were jointly responsible for preparing the Devon Structure Plan (external link, opens new window). The plan -'Devon to 2016' - was adopted in October 2004. The policies of the Structure Plan will eventually be superseded by policies in the Regional Spatial Strategy for the South West and the Dartmoor National Park Local Development Framework.
