First Review 1995-2011 Adopted Version
Important: The Local Plan is being replaced by the Local Development Framework. The Core Strategy has already replaced a number of policies in the Local Plan, other policies have been saved until they are replaced by the Development Management DPD and the Minerals and Waste DPD. The Local Plan must therefore now be read together with the Core Strategy; please see the list of saved and deleted policies  ( PDF Help 36kb) for further information. |
On 13th August 2004, the Dartmoor National Park Authority formally adopted the National Park Local: First Review. This Local Plan also contains the Dartmoor National Park Authority Minerals Local Plan and Waste Local Plan.
