If you would like advice on whether you need planning permission, or would like advice from a planning officer before submitting an application please use the form below.  You can download the MS Word version, and complete this electronically, alternatively a PDF version is available which can be completed by hand.   Please read the instructions carefully and include as much information as you are able, please include a telephone number and email address if you have one.
