Meeting Schedule and Minutes

The main business of the Authority is conducted at monthly meetings. The Authority meets normally on the first Friday of each month and (with the exception of the Annual Meeting) the Development Management Committee meetings commence at 10am. They are held at the Authority’s Headquarters at Parke, Bovey Tracey.

This Committee considers all planning matters, especially planning applications and other development control matters.. All the Authority’s Members participate in the Development Management Committee. With the exception of very occasional confidential matters, all of the formal business of the Development Management Committee is conducted in public.

Development Control Officers' reports in respect of Planning Applications can be viewed as part of the Development Management Committee reports. Reports are uploaded to the web site at least five working days prior to each meeting. Minutes of previous Development Management Committee meetings are available on the web site for a period of three months.
