Meeting Schedule and Minutes
The main business of the Authority is conducted at monthly meetings. The Authority meets normally on the first Friday of each month and (with the exception of the Annual Meeting) the Development Control Committee meetings commence at 10am. They are held at the Authority’s Headquarters at Parke, Bovey Tracey.
This Committee considers all planning matters, especially planning applications and other development control matters.. All the Authority’s Members participate in the Development Control Committee. With the exception of very occasional confidential matters, all of the formal business of the Development Control Committee is conducted in public.
Development Control Officers' reports in respect of Planning Applications can be viewed as part of the Development Control Committee reports. Reports are uploaded to the web site at least five working days prior to each meeting. Minutes of previous Development Control Committee meetings are available on the web site in the first instance for a period of three months.
