Appeals
If you seek permission to carry out works to your property and your application is not decided within a set period, or you get a decision from the Authority that you disagree with, you have a right to appeal.
The Planning Portal (external link, opens new window), provides advice relating to Appeals and also the ability to make an appeal online. A facility to search for Appeals relating to Enforcement and Lawful Development Certificates is available including links to supporting documentation. This service will be expanded to include all Appeals in the near future.
Below is the current schdule of appeals which shows those appeals currently lodged against this Authority, and those where a decision has been made by the Planning Inspectorate in the last 90 days. This information is updated weekly. By clicking on the Appeal case ref you can view documents related to the appeal, including the appeal decision once it has been received from the planning inspectorate.
