Draft Conservation Area Appraisals
As part of Conservation Area management Dartmoor National Park Authority has been undertaking the production of draft Conservation Area Appraisals. The appraisal aims to identify and define the special interest of an area and these draft appraisal documents are the subject of consultation with the appropriate town and parish councils.
We also give specialist advice on enhancement proposals for Conservation Areas based on the appraisal and identify other areas which may be suitable for future designation.
