Why get involved?

It can help you and your business through:

  • providing information on grants and funding opportunities
  • developing group activity from marketing initiatives to machinery rings
  • providing information on training providers and costs
  • developing ideas to help ensure a future for Dartmoor farmers

‘Making a difference for farmers’

The Dartmoor Hill Farm Project was set up in November 2003. It is one of the outcomes of the State of Farming on Dartmoor 2002 research undertaken by the Centre for Rural Research at the University of Exeter. Its emphasis is on helping farmers with advice, guidance, collaborative activities, communication and funding, all through focused support.
