The sector contains two of Dartmoor’s best known honeypots - Haytor, owned by Dartmoor National Park Authority, is the most visited Tor, receiving many visitors all year round, and Widecombe-in-the-Moor, the attractive Dartmoor village, well known for its annual Fair, always held on the second Tuesday in September.
This area also covers much in bye land and open moorland.
