Disability Equality Scheme 2006 - 2009
The Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (amended by the Disability Discrimination Act 2005) places a duty on all public authorities to promote equality of opportunity between people with disabilities and non-disabled people across all of its policies, procedures and functions.
The Disability Equality Scheme sets out how Dartmoor National Park Authority plans to fulfil its duties.
