John Hockridge
| John has lived and farmed in the parish of Sourton all of his life. He has been a member of Sourton Parish Council since 1967, Sourton Commoners Committee since 1965 and is currently a member of Bridgestowe and Sourton E.S.A Committee. John has been a West Devon Borough Councillor since 1983 and was elected to serve on Dartmoor National Park Authority in 1997. In addition John has been Chairman and Vice Chairman of numerous West Devon Committees and Mayor of West Devon in 1992/93. |
