Derek Webber | Derek Webber was born in North Devon and has been married for 46 years. He retired from the Prison Service in 2005 after serving 40 years with the Service as a Farm Manager and Area Supervisor. His last promotion in 1994 saw his appointment as Farm Manager at Dartmoor Prison which he enjoyed until his retirement in 2005. Derek has been the Chairman of Okehampton Hamlets Council for the past 6 years. |
