 The ICT Strategy 2008 – 2013 provides aims and objectives for the delivery of ICT within the Authority during that period.
In particular it details :
•the Strategic aims which will support the delivery of ICT over the next five years;
•the systems currently in use and those which are planned for the future, providing short, medium and long-term aims for each;
•the policies which relate to the delivery of ICT which are currently in place and which are planned for introduction, and provides a revision schedule to ensure they are kept relevant and up-to-date;
•how the service will be managed and potential staffing requirements.

This document provides a clear and concise list of the actions detailed in the delivery document. It is updated biannually, and used for monitoring progress against the Strategy.
